 STORRS, Conn. (AP ) -- Alissa Murphy had 19 points and four steals to lead Boston College (No. 18 ESPN/USA Today, No. 19 AP) over Georgetown 74-52 Sunday in a Big East quarterfinal. The Eagles advanced to the semifinals for the first time since 1990 and will play top-ranked Connecticut. Murphy's 3-pointer with 11:20 left in the first half started a 20-7 run to give the fourth-seeded Eagles a 30-10 lead. The fifth-seeded Hoyas had just one field goal -- a Dani Illic 3-pointer -- in the first seven minutes. BC got 23 points off 25 turnovers. Cal Bouchard finished with 18 for Boston College (25-7). Katie Smrcka-Duffy led the Hoyas (17-12) with 20.
