SEATTLE (AP) _ Gary Payton scored 30 points and dished out 16 assists, one short of a career high, as the Seattle SuperSonics handed the Vancouver Grizzlies their 10th straight loss, 117-103 Thursday night. Payton's points total pushed him past 13,000 in his nine-year career with 13,018. Payton scored 40 in Seattle's 113-103 victory at Vancouver on Monday, one off his career high. Sonics forward Vin Baker, who missed the last two games with a strained left hamstring, scored 21 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Brent Barry also hit for 21, including four 3-pointers, for Seattle. Payton hit 7 of 10 shots in the first quarter and had six assists and four rebounds as Seattle led 40-26. Vancouver never got closer than five points the rest of the way. Michael Dickerson led the Grizzlies with 24 points, Mike Bibby scored 23 and Shareef Abdur-Rahim 22.    ^
